Director of Client Relations
Leighann’s role at our firm is to ensure our clients’ experience is exceptional in every aspect of their financial world. She strives to make sure everyone has a complete understanding of the services available, from banking options to managing liabilities, as well as digital and online capabilities. Her goal is to make the process as simple and stress free as possible, coordinating with clients’ accountants, attorneys, and other trusted professionals to ensure every facet of their wealth is well tended and working in sync.
Having been with the firm for nearly 30 years, Leighann cherishes the relationships she’s built with our clients. She adores witnessing the milestones in families’ lives, from the births of children and grandchildren to graduations, marriages, and retirements down through generations. Our clients become our family, and her mission is to give them world-class service so they can focus on those meaningful moments that matter most.
Background & Industry Involvement
Leighann earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1992. She started in the financial services industry part time in 1991, and she joined PaineWebber in 1994 as the receptionist while attending graduate school with plans to pursue a career in criminal justice. Three months later she moved into the role of Roy’s sales assistant and earned her Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, and insurance license. Her passion for helping others and desire to build lasting relationships has been the foundation of her almost 30-year partnership with our firm.
Outside of work Leighann enjoys spending time outdoors with her son, Chase, hiking, boating, fishing, and riding ATVs on their 40 acres of land they named “The Back 40”. She also loves antique stores, finding old treasures at estate sales and refurbishing furniture to fill her own booths at a local flea market. She is passionate about supporting shelters for women and children surviving abusive relationships. She volunteers her time and resources at shelters in both central and southern Arkansas.
Leighann lives in Bryant, Arkansas with her son, Chase, and her dog, Jolene. If you visit our firm, you will likely be greeted by Jolene (who we refer to as our Director of Smiles), as she attends work each day with Leighann.
